How To Move On & Find The Person You Deserve

1. Occupy Your Time.
The worst thing you can do when getting over someone is nothing, as an idle mind can be your worst enemy. So get up off the couch and participate in activities that will take your mind off the breakup. I don’t care what it is: hang out with friends; go to the gym; hell, join a “Saved by the Bell” chat room, and get to know other people who loved Zack, Kelly and Screech. It really doesn’t matter what it is, as long as it frees your mind of the past.
2. Make A List And Check It Twice.
When I find myself struggling in the aftermath of a break up, I make a list detailing every reason I shouldn’t be with that person—and I mean everything. From her cheating on me with Bobby Brown to the strange way that she chews her food, I painstakingly document every aspect of our relationship that I hated. Whenever I start thinking about “what if,” I simply whip out my list to get my mind right. Trust me; it works.
3. Erase The Memories.
Let me ask you this: why do you still have your ex programmed as speed dial number 2 in your phone? Or better yet, why are they still listed as your emergency contact at work? These little reminders increase the difficulty of healing and moving on. Your best bet is  to loose them faster than a drunk girls keys.
