10 Ways to Feel Beautiful:

  1. Laugh. Apart from making you feel good, it makes you more attractive.
  2. Wear your favorite dress. People can tell if you’re happy in your clothes.
  3. Pay someone else a compliment or surprise them with something nice. It sounds like it’s the wrong way round, but making someone else happy is infectious.
  4. If you are paid a complement, accept it. There’s nothing wrong with feeling beautiful.
  5. Tell yourself that you are beautiful. Maybe not so beautiful that you instantly take up modelling, but very definitely beautiful.
  6. Be kind to your body. Use a gorgeous bath lotion, have a massage, or treat yourself to a facial.
  7. Get some exercise. Not only will it make you feel livelier, your body will be healthier and stronger. At the very least, go for a proper walk every day.
  8. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables - your body will thank you for it.
  9. Do fun things. Even when you don’t think you have the time.
  10. Get a good night’s sleep. No one looks good with bags under their eyes. (And put a couple of cucumber slices or chamomile teabags on your eyes if you’ve had too little sleep.)
